2. Ordering

When you make a purchase with us, you enter into a legally binding agreement to buy the selected products. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of typographical errors, pricing mistakes, sold-out items, or technical issues.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• MobilePay

The amount will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT. Prices apply only to orders within Denmark.

5. Delivery

We only deliver to addresses in Denmark. Please see our Delivery Policy for details on delivery times and shipping costs.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. To exercise this right, you must send us an unambiguous notice via email. Please read more in our Return Policy.

7. Warranty

You have a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law. If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible via email with a description and, if applicable, photos.

9. Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or force majeure circumstances such as strikes, fire, pandemics, breakdowns, etc.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute will be settled under Danish law before Danish courts.
