Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Denmark. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a confirmation as soon as your package has been dispatched.

🚚 Delivery time – within Denmark: 1-3 business days

We primarily use DAO, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as the package has been shipped.

💰 Shipping Costs

• Standard delivery: 
  - Delivery to parcel shop: 39 DKK
  - Home delivery: 49 DKK
• Free shipping: on orders over 699 DKK.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout before you pay.

🛑 Uncollected Packages & Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if it is not collected in time, we may charge a fee for reshipping. Please make sure to double-check your details when placing your order.

📬 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.
